Flash flood warning issued for Western NY, Finger Lakes until Wednesday night caused by thunderstorms

On Wednesday at 7:26 p.m. the National Weather Service released a flash flood warning in effect until 11:30 p.m. for Erie, Genesee, Niagara and Orleans counties.
