In the woman’s sworn declaration, filed in court late Thursday, she fully recants her story, saying she that had never met Jay-Z and that he and Sean Combs had never raped her.
Lawyers representing Jay-Z, born Shawn Carter, said his accuser, identified only as Jane Doe, has not only admitted her allegations were “false.”
