Mitte was found dead at 1.30pm Monday at what's believed to be his home in Brownsville, Texas. Local officials say an investigation is underway and an autopsy will be performed.

His representatives told Deadline that he died in Brownsville, Texas. A cause of death was not immediately disclosed in either report.
RJ Mitte rose to fame playing Walter White Jr in the acclaimed television series Breaking Bad. He drew on his personal experience with cerebral palsy to portray the character.
Mitte, who lived with cerebral palsy, starred as Walter White Jr in the Emmy-winning drama series.
"It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of beloved actor, philanthropist, and passionate disability rights advocate RJ Mitte," said a statement issued by Sean Reilly.
Mr. Mitte was born with cerebral palsy and brought his own experience of living with the disability to the role of Walter White Jr. on the Emmy-winning show.
